9 hot tips to lose weight quickly

For many people losing weight is a major struggle and for some people it just falls off them so fast. This is for the first group of people who are struggling to shed those pounds or kilo's. I used these hot tips with an excellent weight management system to lose weight fast. I lost 30 lbs in 30 days and have kept the weight off ever since.
Here it is in a nutshell.
- Decide to lose the weight as if your life depended on it.
- Day 1 and 2 eat only protein no carbohydrates. eat about half your body weight in grams of protein
- drink lots of water
- Have a healthy breakfast like omelette's, yogurt with nuts or protein
- mid morning have a small protein meal with body trim mixed with water
- Make lunch your main meal and keep it to about 500 to 600 kalories add some soluble fiber to this meal , formuleen is good
- Same as mid morning
- Reduce the size of your evening meal and no carbohydrates during your evening meal
- Exercise is not a dirty word, do something even if it is only 5 minutes
- If you always do what you have always done you will always get what you have always got
First two days you remove carbohydrates from your diet to force your body to begin burning your stores of fat. After the first two days introduce carbohydrates back into your diet but at greatly reduced levels. Remember 500 to 600 calorie lunches with low amount of carbohydrates.
Some facts
There is about 9 calories to a gram protien
There is 28 grams to an ounce
There is 7 grams of protein to an ounce of fish or meat
There is 1 gram of protein to every 4 grams of meat or fish
There is 2.2lbs to every kilogram
1000 grams = a kilogram
What does this mean to you
When i started this system I weighed 253 lbs or 115 kilos. To work out how much protein per day I need i divided my weight in half then converted that to a gram figure of 126 grams of protein. As you loose weight you can recalculate but i never did. Then I multiplied that by 4 to get how much meat or fish I could have in anyone day which was 504 grams or 18 ounces. Then I divided it by the number of meals I was having that day which was 5 if i counted the morning and afternoon snacks. Which means each meal can have 100 grams or 3.6 ounces per meal.

Chicken, turkey, roast beef, steak, omelets, salmon, water-packed tuna, halibut, cod, tilapia, shrimp, scallops, lobster, crab, oysters, tofu, eggs, low-fat/non-fat cheese
